- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Reception staff are v defensive. There is almost always a delay and if I'm not delayed I hear other patience complaining to reception they're running late. I've also recently discovered the braces I've been fitted with are not those I agreed to but cheaper alternatives.
