  Not very impressed.. my partner and I went together to his first appointment after we signed up to this dentist (I wanted to meet the dentist first myself as am a little nervous with going to the dentist), and the dentist seemed wonderful. She was thorough and took the time with my partner at his appointment. Afterwards I asked to book an appointment with the same dentist and did so. The day of my appointment, I had a completely different dentist, not the one I requested. She was completely different, my appointment took all of about 5 minutes and didn't seem thorough. She requested I needed to come back in for another appointment, but I decided that I did not want this dentist again. I then called up quite a few times afterwards requesting to change dentist but the receptionist said 'that isn't normally what happens, and that I must stay with the same dentist'. Well, I was adamant I wanted to change and she said she would call me back after getting permission from the dentist (not sure I need permission from the old dentist to change since I am the one paying!)? Never got a call back and it's been maybe a month or two. I would not recommend this place, it maybe cheap, but pay a bit more and actually receive good quality service and a dentist who is going to care about your dental care! (Gone to another in Wokingham which is fantastic!)
